Plinth owners Flora and Jason Chang first fell in love with the Pritchard Hill area of Napa Valley in 2010, when they founded Nine Suns Winery in Houyi Vineyard.  While they eventually decided to sell to their friends and neighbors, Realm Cellars, they wanted to continue making wine from this beloved area.  In collaboration with Realm and under the wine direction of renowned winemaker Phillip Melka, Plinth was born. Plinth produces limited quantities of Bordeaux varieties to an exacting standard – and this wine dinner will allow attendees to not only sample but also purchase wines directly from the winery.  

wineLAIR Chef Kene Izegbu will serve a four-course menu designed to enhance the wine offerings from Plinth.  Please let us know in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions so we may best accommodate your needs.
