wL Fireside Chat with Greg Brewer

Join us for an exploration of California’s Sta. Rita Hills through the lens of one of its founding architects: Greg Brewer, Wine Enthusiast's 2020 Winemaker of the Year. For over 30 years, Greg has mapped, farmed, and bottled this unique transverse valley, developing a winemaking philosophy that is as much a spiritual discipline as it is a craft. Greg’s work is defined by a pursuit of refinement through subtraction—using neutral barrels, whole-cluster fermentation, and a "less is more" ethos to create wines of startling purity and structural intensity.

You’ll try some of the Brewer Clifton whites and reds with cheese pairings and walk away with a new perspective on the unique beauty and synchronicity of the Brewer system.
